Before ANY more time Passes...

Ok seriously almost 4 weeks has passed since I last posted. So my progession with this pregnancy is at a stand still. The last 3 weeks I have only been 60% effaced. NO dialation. I'm really starting to get frustrated! I want this baby out of me! My current weight is 174.5LBS. That puts me at a total of 23.5 LBS weight gain with this pregnancy. Night & day compared to what I gained with Jhett. Just this last week my dr suggested I cut back my work hours due to the flucuation with my bloodpressure & stress level. I felt such a HUGE difference this last week in my body & mind. Tylonel PM has become my best friend too these past few weeks. One of the doctors I work with told me she did it & it was the only way she could get any sleep. She was RIGHT! Sleep is good & need to try to get as much of it now while I can because shortly here I am going to have a newborn & a 2 year old!!!! I am excited, anxious, & nervous. I can't wait to meet Tredd & see what he looks like & what his personality will be. I am so excited that Jhett will have a brother & a best friend to grow up with. Now if only I knew EXACTLY when this little man was coming that would be great!!!

37 WEEKS

Also I begged Austin to let me get a pedicure & my eye brows waxed before Tredd gets here. I went with Zebra print & absolutely LOVE them. This is about the time when I started swelling a ton with Jhett so I want to keep track of that. Not too bad, most of you will look at this & say I am not swollen, but people I have chicken legs & the tiniest ankles ever. So I am a little swollen in this picture.

The Count Down is On!

I didn't realize it had been 4 weeks since my last belly picture & update on my pregnancy. So I have been going every 2 weeks. At my appointment on June 14th I weighed in at 166lbs then on June 28th I weighed 167lbs. So in the last 4 weeks I gained only 6lbs! This is just so different from Jhett. I'm liking this not gaining a million pounds thing :) Dr says I am measuring right on target & baby is sounding great! Tredd is moving around like crazy! It is now to the point where it hurts. I'm still working full time & beginning to wonder how the heck I am doing it. My feet throb like no other by the end of the day & I am loosing my breath easier & getting more tired as I get bigger. Jhett keeps me on my toes on my days off. There is really no sitting around. I also have been experiencing bloody noses. Oh & I have an outie belly button! Anywho, I just keep telling myself 6 more weeks! I am secretly wishing Tredd comes sooner, I guess we will see :)

Ok, now on to the 4th of July weekend. So you know at the beginning of Disney movies when they show the castle & the fireworks go off?? Well Jhett thinks that is the coolest thing ever! So of course I was excited for the 4th of July this year where Jhett could see fireworks in real life! I am also the type of girl that loves to get dressed up so I went out & found patriotic attire for my whole family!! I was totally in love with the pants I found for myself. They have these new denim leggings in stores right now. So the top has an elastic waistband! So not only are they NOT maternity jeans but I found these beauties on clearance at Ross for $8!!! I was also on the search for a fun FREE place to celebrate. I found online that Mesa was putting on a block party all down Main Street with FREE parking, admission & entertainment. So that is where we headed. It was alot of fun. They had old classic cars & rat rods up & down both sides of the street. Austin was in hog heaven! There were bands playing, carnival games, blow up slides, rock climbing wall, vendors, food, & to the end the night FIREWORKS!!! Despite the humidity & heat we had fun & Jhett loved the fireworks!
