I have a 2 Year Old!

I seriously can not believe I have a 2 year old!!

For Jhett's birthday we decided to take him to the movies & out to dinner. One of his favorites right now is Shrek. So we decided the fourth Shrek would be a good choice. We are a movie going family anyways, we got cups, the T-shirt, but we thought we would make Jhett feel REALLY special by getting him his own tray of popcorn & a drink.

I could not get the booger to smile. He was all smiles right when he got the tray though. It must have been a little overwhelming trying to walk to the theater & having mom in his face with a camera :)
Once we found our seats then he was all smiles again. The people in the theater probably thought I was so wierd snapping pictures of Jhett. But hey, I did it before the previews even started.

He was so stinkin' cute sitting in his seat with all of his goodies.

Jhett sat through about 3/4 of the movie, then he wanted to get down & walk up & down the stairs. Little pistol! Austin ended up going out with him while I finished watching the movie. Afterwards we walked down to Famous Daves for some grub!

Jhett is definately my goofball. He is always being silly & tries to make people laugh, but oh how I love him!!!

Austin & I have been trying really hard at getting Jhett to show you how old he is, for that matter getting him to say it is really hard. Jhett is SUPER STUBBORN & only does things when HE wants to. But this is what he does when he SHOWS you how old he is...

The food there is so good! The ribs, corn on the cob, cornbread, mmmm my mouth is watering!!!

We told our waitor it was Jhett's birthday & this is what they brought out...

Talk about FREAKING AWESOME!!!! Jhett thought so too...

Jhett is very good about sharing...


But he knows when its time to chow down for yourself.

Jhett was able to blow out a candle at our home the day after his birthday. We had the whole family come over to celebrate with him.
