I would like to say life around the Udall Home is like this....
And it is.... every so often.
But for the most part it is like this....

This is only what I have caught on camera. I will be honest, the biggest adjustment has been Jhett accepting Tredd. For the most part he wants nothing to do with him & everytime I am tending to Tredd, Jhett either jumps in the swing, throws himself to the ground whining & crying (acting like a baby), tries to climb on me, wants me to hold him or whatever. I am hoping this passes fast & Jhett will love his brother & not resent him.

I hope it passes quickly for you too! It's hard having someone come in and "steal" his mom's attention. Just gotta soak up all those rare moments when he is enjoying his brother.

ReplyDeleteThis too shall pass! I remember Braddock was the same way when we got home with Emma. He took a very sharp pencil and wrote all over our entire brand new stainless steel fridge leaving permanent scratches. Gotta love our kids! Anyhow, congrats! Your boys are beautiful!

i hope your boy adjusts soon it makes it so much easier on mommy. i too had a little boy who didn't like the baby too much and usually through huge tantrums and got more naughty when i was busy with the new baby. but after a couple of months, {yes months} he calmed down. best wishes!
